Bringing your dream woodwork to life is simple! Here’s the step-by-step process from start to finish:

Project Stages

  1. Initial Request – Discuss the details of your project (aesthetics, functionality, materials, etc.) and your specific requirements.

  2. Exchange of Ideas & Design – Review design options and finalize the overall direction.

  3. First Proposal – We create an initial proposal for your project so you can provide feedback.

  4. 3D Modeling – Develop detailed 3D models of your project based on decisions made during the initial consultation.

  5. Feedback & Adjustments – Gather your input on the 3D models and make any necessary revisions.

  6. Finalize Designs & Materials – Confirm final designs and materials.

  7. Prepare Final Quote – Provide a detailed quote based on your final decisions.

  8. Quote Signing & Project Kick-Off – Once signed, the project officially begins.

  9. Material Ordering – Procure all necessary materials.

  10. Creation in Workshop – Craft your custom furniture at our workshop.

  11. Delivery & Installation – Transport and install your custom pieces at your home.

Timeline Estimate

The first six steps usually take 6 to 8 weeks, including organizing the visit, discussing design options, and creating 3D models

Once the initial design and high-level budget estimates meet your expectations, we proceed with 3D drawings, which allow you to:

  • Capture all feedback on furniture designs, colors, and finishes

  • Visualize the pieces in your space

  • Finalize decisions before preparing a concrete quote

To begin the 3D modeling phase, a flat rate of 5% of the estimated budget is requested. This amount will be deducted from the total invoice if you continue with the creation of your custom furniture.

Once the budget is agreed upon, a detailed quote is sent for signature. After that, your project is scheduled in the production pipeline with an estimated delivery period.

Delivery and installation can be scheduled individually for multiple projects, depending on your preferences.

Budget Considerations

  • Focus first on the design option you prefer; other alternatives can be explored afterward.

  • Material options and features (e.g., number of drawers, specific design details) will influence the total cost.

  • A realistic budget range will be provided once your mood board and final design are completed.

Included in the estimated price:

  • Materials used

  • Custom door manufacturing, including design and 3D drawings

  • Delivery and installation

  • All finishing touches after installation
